Ace Fermented Pear Cider, CA Ace Perry Cider is a new premium fermented cider produced by The California Cider Company (CCC) in the Heart of Sonoma's Apple Country. It is not only California's first commercially produced and distributed pear cider, but, by all reports, the first made in the USA.
The second Ace cider to come out of the specially-designed micro cider mill, in Graton just outside Sebastapol, is an innovative complement to Ace Apple, CCC's flagship brand. Like Ace Apple, Ace Perry is made from a base of 100% pure, local apple juice. Pear juice is added to give the cider its distinctive pear taste; a taste so fresh and natural it is already proving as popular as its more traditional apple counterpart. Ace Cider is gluten free! 5% ABV

Iron Horse Quilters Irish Death Stout, WA Created by the brewery’s founder, Quilter’s Irish Death is what we call a dark, smooth, ale. Any attempt at classifying it just ends up sending beer geeks into a style guidelines diatribe. So forget style guidelines. Is your pursuit of micro beer about tasting copies of a style that fit guidelines anyways? (Neither is ours) Irish Death is a malt bomb. We lovingly refer to it as beer candy. We heart our candy store. While tempting to session this beer, the name is a necessary reminder that despite the surprising approachability, this beer weighs in at a hefty 7.8% ABV. |

Oskar Blues Old Chub Scottish Ale, WA Old Chub is a Scottish style ale brewed with copious amounts of crystal and chocolate malts, and a dash of beechwood-smoked malts. While Dale's Pale Ale ("the best-tasting canned beer I've ever had," according to many brewers and beer experts) is a showcase of both hops and pale malts, Old Chub is a celebration of malts. The cola-colored beer features a dense, tawny head, a creamy mouthful and flavors of caramel, chocolate and lightly roasted malt. Complex and rich, it finishes with a whisper of smokiness that calls to mind a fine single malt scotch. Old Chub weighs in at 8 % alcohol by volume. |

Snoqualmie Summer Beer Summer Beer is a Pre-Prohibition Pils, brewed alt style. This beer is crisp, clean, refreshing and hoppy, Inspired by the long-forgotten beverage of our great-grandparents, our "twist" is that we ferment this beer with our exceptionally clean ale yeast at much lower than normal temperatures, which imparts a somewhat different character compared to lager yeast. In the Pre-Pro style, we use a small proportion of maize (corn). The noble (and expensive) Czech Saaz hop variety is used through-out, and gives this beer a spciy herbal character and dryish finish.
